Casino participation is restricted to individuals of legal age as dictated by the jurisdiction where the individual resides. In the absence of any specific rulings from jurisdictions where the individual resides, 18 is considered as the legal age. Atlantis Gold Casino also reserves the right to ask for proof of age should it is deemed necessary.
Casino participation is open only to residents of those jurisdictions where Online Gambling is legal and not prohibited. The company makes no representations or warranties, implicit or explicit, as to your legal right to participate in the game. Similarly, no one of the company's employees, licensees, distributors, wholesalers, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion or other agencies, media partners, agents or retailers have the authority to make any such representations or warranties.
The casino and/or games are for entertainment value only. You are only permitted to enter the casino for your own personal entertainment and non-professional use. Any other reason for entrance, access, use or reuse of the casino or the website is strictly prohibited.
No purchase is required or necessary to play in the casino. You may play without betting any money anytime you wish. Any casino participation you performed is at your sole discretion, option and risk. By playing in the casino, you further acknowledge that you do not find the game or the casino to be offensive, objectionable, unfair or indecent.
You are permitted to have only one Real account in the casino. Multiple accounts will be cancelled with rules laid down under Section 4 of this Terms and Conditions. Registering multiple accounts (including accounts with different personal details), is deemed a reasonable ground for casino to suspect fraudulent and/or malicious intentions on your part. As such, burden of proof to the contrary lies with you as player. With the same principle that the casino reserves the right to require you to present the following documentations in order to verify your identity and transactions/activities you performed on the casino.
Such documents are:- (i) Proof of identity (i.e. drivers license, passport or any government issued identifications)
- (ii) copies of front and back of credit card(s)/debit card(s) you used or will be use to fund your casino account
- (iii) a recent copy of a utility bill, such as electricity, with your name and current home address on it, not older than 3 months
Atlantis Gold Casino reserves the right to cancel your account any time without prior notice to you for any reason including, but not limited to, those listed below. Any balances left on your account at the time of its cancellation will be credited to you (i) after subjecting your account to wagering review, and (ii) if reason of cancellation doesn't fall on any of the below reasons. Otherwise, any balances left will be forfeited and confiscated.
- A. If you maintained more than one active Real account for the casino and if there is evidence to suggest such.
- B. If your name as indicated on your casino account mismatches with that of the name appearing on the credit card/s used on your purchases to the casino
- C. If you participated on any casino promotion and requests withdrawal without fulfilling first the wagering, play through and balance requirements of such promotion
- D. If you provided incorrect and/or misleading registration, account or identification information
- E. If you are not of legal age (Refer to Section 2)
- F. If you resides in a jurisdiction where participation in Online Gambling is prohibited by the law (Refer to Section 2)

- G. If you, either intentionally or unintentionally, allowed or permitted someone else to play using your casino account

- I. If you are found cheating or if it is determined after review of your accounts that you have employed or made use of a system to defeat the Casino. Such system includes, but not limited to, machines, computers, software or other automated systems.
- J. If you are found to be a bonus abuser, that is playing no or low risk strategies in order to withdraw promotional money
- K. If you have been locked out of any related sites within the casino group that Atlantis Gold Casino is part of.
- L. If the company becomes aware that you played at any other on-line casino sites under any of the foregoing circumstances set out.
Your account will automatically be closed and will be considered as inactive if you do not log on for a period of 180 days or 6 months. As such, any balance left on the account will be forfeited.
If you have any disputes with regard to any outcome in the Game, you must submit your complaints to the casino in writing within fourteen (14) days. In the event of a discrepancy between the result showing on your casino software and the casino's server software, the result showing on the casino's server software shall be the final, official and governing result of the game.
Atlantis Gold Casino shall not be liable for any damages caused by the following scenarios:
- A. Interception or misuse of any information transmitted over the internet
- B. Fire, explosion, flood, theft, malicious damage, strike, lockout, or industrial action of any kind.
- C. Any event or major occurrence that is out of our control

- E. Acts of God (earthquakes, floods, lightning etc.)
- F. Outbreak of hostilities, riot, civil disturbances, acts of terrorism
- G. Actions of government or authority (including refusal or revocation of any license or consent)
- H. Malfunctions of casino's central computer system (or any part thereof)
All personal information you submitted to Atlantis Gold Casino are considered privileged and is protected under all costs. These information are solely owned by Atlantis Gold Casino and will not be sold, transfer, publish, trade or rent out to any party. However, this is subject to the following exceptions:
- A. By accepting any prize and/or winnings from the casino, you consent to the use of your name for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation to you (except where prohibited by law).
- B. If you are found to be cheating or attempting to defraud the casino, or if you make untrue and/or malicious comments with regard to the casino's operation, Atlantis Gold Casino reserves the right to publicize your actions together with your identity and email address, as well as to circulate these information to other casinos, banks, credit card companies and appropriate agencies
Similarly, you are deemed solely responsible for keeping your account number and password secure and secret. You should not intentionally (nor unintentionally) allow any person or third party to use, re-use or access your account, nor to participate in any games. All activities (deposits, losses etc) performed/occurred on your account would be solely your responsibility.
A. Promotion Types
(1) Non-deposit Bonuses

- Redeeming non-deposit bonuses consecutively is not allowed. A minimum real-money deposit of $25 needs to be made in the interim for you to be eligible to redeem another non-deposit bonus

(2) Sign-on Bonuses (100% Match up to $1,000 on initial Bonus)
- This promotion is limited your initial (first) deposit after registering as Real Player. You can only claim this bonus once. Furthermore, you cannot use other promotional offers in conjunction with this sign-on bonus. You will be given only up to 72 hours after registration as Real Player to claim such bonus.

- Any deposit related bonuses are not available to cashback credits, tournament winnings & reversed withdrawals.
B. Game Wagering Table
The following details the percentage of wager placed for each game that counts towards meeting wagering requirement. For example, for every $1 wagered on Roulette, $0.50 will be counted of as wagered for purposes of computing play through requirement achieved. Please note that this table is subject to changes from time to time without prior notice to you and will be effective immediately upon casino's discretion.

C. Country specific requirements
If you are from any of the following countries, you must wager an additional 5 times on any bonus. For example, you deposited $100 and claimed $100 bonus, you must therefore wager at least $5,000 (45 times general + 5 times).

Furthermore, casino reserves the right to disqualify certain countries from promotions. Among the countries whose player are disqualified from promotions are Denmark.
D. All other relevant Terms and Conditions
- (1) All promotions are limited to registered REAL players only using USD, CAD, GBP, AUD and EUR accounts only. All promotions are available by INVITE only and are non-transferrable.
- 2) Management and staff of Atlantis Gold Casino (and those of any of its holding, associate and subsidiary companies), its licensors, distributors, wholesalers or affiliates, its advertising, promotion or other agencies, and members of the immediate families of each of the above, are not eligible to participate in any promotions. Should there be any confusion whatsoever as to the conditions applicable, you are encourage contacting support immediately.
- (3) Promotions are valid only for the period as specified in the promotional offer communication, and are specific to the reference casino and/or account number. Such bonuses will be credited to the player's real account as casino credits only, unless otherwise stated.
- (4) As a general rule, all promotions, bonuses and deposits must be wagered at least 60 times before requesting for withdrawal taking into account the % of contributions per game (as detailed on the Game Wagering table). Any exceptions to this rule will be specifically mentioned on the terms of the promotions applicable. Consequently, play through / wagering requirements must be fulfilled first prior to making any withdrawal. Otherwise, the withdrawal request is considered invalid and will be reversed. It will be your responsibility to monitor on your own the % of play through requirement you already achieved.
- (5) An amount greater than the sum of the bonus + deposit is required should you wish to make a withdrawal equivalent to or exceeding your deposited amount. For example, you deposited $300 and receive $300 bonus. You need to wager $13,500 on applicable games. If wagering requirement is met and you are withdrawing $300, then you should have a balance greater than $600. Should your balance is below $600, then your withdrawal request will be considered invalid and will be reversed (reversed meaning returning back to your casino account). You will only be able to withdraw again once your balance either (i) exceeds $600 or (ii) your balance falls below $300 and then the amount you'll withdraw will only be limited to an amount below the deposited amount
- (6) You can only redeem promotions when you have no existing balances and no pending withdrawals, unless otherwise stated. Making any deposits and/or redeeming any promotions when you have existing balance of greater than $10 is tantamount to manipulation and wagering fraud. As such, casino reserves the right to lock, cancel and suspend your account.
- (7) Before any withdrawals are processed, your play will be reviewed for any irregular player patterns. In the interests of fair gaming, equal, zero or low margin bets or hedge betting, shall all be considered irregular gaming for bonus play through requirement purposes. Other examples of irregular game play include but are not limited to, placing single or multiple bets on a single game equal to or in excess of 30% or more of the value of the bonus credited to their account until such time as the wagering requirement for that bonus have been met. Should the casino deem that irregular game play has occurred; the casino reserves the right to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings.
- (8) Promotions cannot be redeemed and/or used in conjunction with any other promotions. If you received and redeemed more than one promotion, may it be intentionally or unintentionally, any winnings out of those promotions will be VOID and forfeited.
- (9) Redeeming promotions / bonuses consecutively is not allowed. You will need to make a minimum real-money deposit of $25 in the interim, and lost the entirety of this deposit including any winnings associated with it, for you to be eligible to redeem another promotions / bonuses.
- (10) Atlantis Gold Casino contributes to and makes use of a shared industry database or promotion abusers. A promotion abuser is defined as a player who uses promotional moneys to deviously profit from promotions that are offered, in good faith, by the casino with a view to gaining player loyalty. Such players generally accept bonuses, wager the minimum amount and immediatley withdraw. If you were identified and determined to be part of this database and is a promotion abuser, then casino reserves the right to deny any claims/redemptions of any promotions. Furthermore, your account will be subjected to the rules of Section 4 of this Terms and Conditions.
- (11) Atlantis Gold Casino reserves the right to terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice or obligation to you.
- 12) For the purpose of all promotions, dates and times shall be calculated according to Eastern Standard Time (EST) which is GMT minus 5.
- (13) Noncompliance with any of the promotional terms and conditions shall be deemed as "Promotion Abuse" and as such, gives the casino the right to take appropriate actions set forth on the preceding rules at its sole discretion
Before you make any withdrawal, your identity needs to be verified by the casino. You will need to submit the required documentations as provided under Section 3 of this Terms and Conditions. In addition to that, a copy of a Deposit Acceptance Agreement will be emailed to you within 48 hours from the time you requested the withdrawal. You will need to complete, sign and return the signed agreement back to the casino in order for the withdrawal transaction to be processed. Failure to do so within a specified time of 72 hours from time that you received the agreement will invalidate your withdrawal request.
The minimum withdrawal amount is $100
A service fee ranges between $0 to $50 per withdrawal transaction depending on (i) payment method (ii) withdrawal amount. These service fees include, but not limited to, wire remittance fees, wire acceptance fees, foreign exchange differences, transaction fees etc. All of these fees will be borne by you, as the player.
Withdrawals under $2,000 will be paid out in lumpsum. Any amount beyond $2,000 will be paid out in maximum increments of $2,000 based on agreed upon terms between player and casino. Note that any remaining unpaid balances may still be requested for reversal.
If you've won using non-deposit bonus for the first time, you are allowed a maximum withdrawal amount of $150. Otherwise, all winnings that arise out of subsequent non-deposit bonuses claimed are non-withdrawable
If you've won using deposit-related bonuses, you are allowed a maximum withdrawal of $2,000 per week. All amounts larger than $2,000 will be paid in terms subject to guidelines set forth on Section 9 of this Terms and Conditions
If you've won using monies won from tournament (and all others that are considered non-deposit bonus), you are allowed a maximum withdrawal amount of $150.
All winnings that arise out of reversed withdrawals are non-withdrawable
Once the maximum withdrawal has been reached for a given promotion, no further request from the same promotion will be considered as a valid request and such will be denied by management.
You, as the player, has the sole responsibility to pay off any taxes on any prizes &/or winnings received &/or accrued from Atlantis Gold Casino.
Atlantis Gold Casino is the trade name of the company and you obtain no rights to such terms, nor any other terms, graphics, text, concepts or methodologies, by using the website and the material obtained therein. You shall hold the company, its employees, officers, directors, licensees, distributors, wholesalers, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion or other agencies, media partners, agents and retailers harmless and shall fully indemnify same from any and all costs, expenses, liabilities and damages whatsoever that may arise as a result of:
- A. Your entry, use or reuse of the website
- B. Your use of any materials at the website
- C. Your entry, use or reuse of the Casino's server
- D. Your use of any materials at the Casino's server
- E. Your participation in the Game, or
- F. Your acceptance of any prize
The company reserves the right, in its sole discretion without prior notice to you, to add/modify/discontinue any activities or games to the casino at any time. Materials of the game (whether electronically obtained or obtained by other means) are automatically void if counterfeited, mutilated, forged, altered or tampered with in any way, if illegible, mechanically or electronically reproduced, obtained outside authorized legitimate channels or if they contain printing production, typographical, mechanical, electronic or any other errors. Liability for materials of the Game containing any error is limited to replacement of same.
Should there be any conflict that may arise between the English language version and any other language version of any sections of these Terms and Conditions, the English language version shall prevail and will be considered as final and binding to all parties.
The construction, validity, and performance of this agreement shall be governed by the Netherlands Antilles law and courts. Similarly, all disputes in any matter arising from or related to this agreement shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the same governing body.
